Pride Build 2026 - DnA x Limburg Pride 2026: The Ultimate Community Build & Parade Experience

The power of balloons is back on the streets of Hasselt, and this year, it’s a full DnA Events production! 🌈🎈

Last year, Denise walked the Limburg Pride parade with a small crew of artists, and the impact was undeniable. This year, Audrey and Denise are teaming up to take things to an entirely new level and we want you on our team.

This is a completely free community project. No gatekeeping, no fees. Just pure creativity, connection, and high-impact art. Whether you are an industry veteran or an absolute beginner who wants to experience a large-scale build, there is a place for you in our crew.

The Creative Vision: We are going all out on wearable balloon art. Think massive headpieces, structural skirts, statement tops, and high-energy sculptures on sticks. You won’t just be making decor; you’ll be creating living art that moves.

The Logistics:

• 🗓 Saturday, 11th July 2026: The Big Build Day. We will be inflating, constructing, and prepping our wearable designs right in the heart of the action, next to the Festival Village at the start of the parade.

• 🗓 Sunday, 12th July 2026: The Finishing Touches & The Parade. We finish our pieces, suit up, and bring the noise as we walk the Limburg Pride parade together!

• 📍 Location: Hasselt, Belgium (Right by the parade start line).

• 🍔 Food & Drink: Kindly provided and organised by the Pride organisation.

• 🏨 Accommodation: Artists are responsible for arranging their own overnight stays in Hasselt if required.
