Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking a masterclass or downloading a recipe from us. Here's exactly where you stand.

Live Masterclasses

If you book a seat and can no longer attend, you can request a full refund up to 30 days before the event date. Within 30 days of the event, we're unable to offer a refund. This is because your seat, materials, and catering are booked and paid for in advance on your behalf.

To request a refund, email us at denise@wearedna.events with your order number, at least 30 days before the event date.

Digital Downloads (Balloon Recipes and Prop Build Guides)

Our digital downloads are delivered instantly, so we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

By completing your purchase, you confirm you understand your download will be available immediately, and you agree to give up your right to a 14-day withdrawal period for this reason.

Faulty or Incorrect Files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not what you ordered, contact us at denise@wearedna.events and we'll fix it or send the correct file at no extra cost.
