Welcome to The LAB by DnA Events. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell live masterclasses, digital PDF downloads (recipes, prop build guides, and business guides), and related products for balloon professionals.

3. Digital products

All digital PDF products are governed by our Digital Product Licence, in addition to these Terms. By buying a digital product, you agree to both.

4. Live events and masterclasses

Booking a place on a masterclass is a contract between you and DnA Events. Event details, dates, and cancellation terms are set out on the relevant product page and in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your order.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, designs, photos, and downloadable guides, is owned by Denise van Dooren and DnA Events, unless stated otherwise. Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, or reused without our permission, beyond what's explicitly allowed under our Digital Product Licence.

8. Limitation of liability

DnA Events provides guides and training for informational and educational purposes. While we teach based on our own real, professional experience, we can't guarantee specific business outcomes, bookings, or results for anyone using our guides or attending our masterclasses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on this page at the time of your purchase applies.
